Longopac - the clean, needle-free transport wrapping for Christmas trees.

Due to the frequent requests of our customers a new foil wrapping has been developed for the clean and needle-free transport of net-wrapped Christmas trees.

- No more needles in the car boot -

The main objective was to solve the problem of producing a continuous tubular foil that can be fed on a funnel just like the wrapping nets that have been popular on the market for many years.

In collaboration with an efficient foil manufacturer the company has designed a continuous tubular foil with a sleeve length of 120 m.

This has the main advantage that the net-wrapped Christmas tree can be inexpensively wrapped in foil of any required length for the end consumer.

The additional funnel required for this can be easily mounted on any Christmas tree wrapping machine used in the trade.

Wrapping tests have already been carried out on the premises of various major customers and the newly developed Longopac system was assessed as being very good.

This is a further step in our general customer service – after all, wrapping is more than packing.
